Hot pressed ceramic materials are used in the manufacture of targets for physical vapour deposition (PVD) and chemical vapour deposition (CVD) processes.

Hot isostatic pressing is used to produce ceramic targets with high melting point and difficult sintering. Our sintered ceramic products include: aluminium nitride, silicon nitride, boron nitride, lanthanum hexaboride, titanium boride, boron carbide and other high purity and high density products. Among them, lanthanum hexaboride and cerium hexaboride products are widely used in electron guns and other fields as products with high electron emissivity.
