HeBoSint® – Boron Nitride Components
Pure, sintered, or composite Boron Nitride is ideal for high-temperature processing applications due to its high thermal resistance and very low electrical conductivity.
In addition to its thermal and electrical properties, Boron Nitride is easy to work with, facilitating the creation of parts or components with various geometries.

HeBoSint® PURE LINE
HeBoSint® PURE LINE consists of particularly pure materials with a Boron Nitride content of at least 98.5%.
This fully utilises the specific properties of Boron Nitride:
- High-temperature resistance
- Good thermal conductivity
- Low thermal expansion
- Excellent resistance to thermal shock
- Outstanding lubricating properties
HeBoSint® PURE LINE is also recommended for applications in inert or vacuum environments, withstanding working temperatures exceeding 2,000°C. This special capability is primarily used in high-temperature plasma systems and furnaces, as well as in many other applications where these properties are required.
HeBoSint® CLASSIC LINE
HeBoSint® CLASSIC LINE perfectly balances mechanical, thermal, efficiency, and cost properties.
This product line impresses with its performance characteristics: excellent lubrication capacity, very high thermal conductivity, optimal electrical insulation, and convincing resistance to thermal shock.

HeBoSint® STRONG LINE
HeBoSint® STRONG LINE includes Boron Nitride components with excellent mechanical properties, superior gas tightness, and high wear resistance.
The addition of zirconium oxide or aluminium nitride enhances the mechanical strength of this product line.
The Boron Nitride content in HeBoSint® STRONG LINE imparts the inherent characteristics of Boron Nitride to the product, including excellent insulation properties and optimal electrical isolation, among others. HeBoSint® STRONG LINE enables high performance and high mechanical properties for all applications that require it.
This product line is specially designed for components subjected to high mechanical loads, such as cover strips in PVD systems or components for the steel industry.
